Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using Live Video Call (“App”, “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

If you do not agree, you must immediately stop using the App.


Eligibility & Age Requirement

  • The App is strictly for users aged 18 years or older
  • By using the App, you confirm that you are at least 18
  • If we discover or reasonably suspect that a user is under 18, the account will be immediately and permanently terminated without notice


Nature of the Service

Live Video Call provides a random live video communication platform for private, non-commercial use only.

We do not:

  • Guarantee user behavior
  • Endorse any user content
  • Monitor all live calls in real time

Use of the App is at your own risk.


User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

  • All activity conducted through your account
  • Any content you transmit, display, or share during video calls
  • Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws

You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure.


Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in or promote any of the following:

- Harassment & Abuse

  • Threatening, intimidating, or harassing behavior
  • Racism, hate speech, bullying, or discrimination
  • Defamatory, misleading, or offensive conduct

- Sexual & Adult Content

The App is not an adult platform. You must not:

  • Appear nude or partially nude
  • Display or touch genitals in a sexual manner
  • Perform sexual gestures or acts
  • Request or suggest sexual activity or cybersex
  • Use sexually explicit language

- Child Sexual Abuse & Exploitation (CSAE)

Live Video Call enforces zero tolerance for CSAE.

You must not:

  • Create, share, request, or promote sexual content involving minors
  • Impersonate a minor
  • Attempt to contact or groom minors

Violations will result in:

  • Immediate permanent ban
  • Reporting to law enforcement
  • Cooperation with legal authorities

- Spam & Commercial Activity

You must not:

  • Send spam, ads, or promotions
  • Solicit money, services, or external platforms
  • Attempt scams or misleading schemes

- Illegal Activities

You must not:

  • Share content you do not own or have rights to
  • Hack, exploit, or interfere with the App
  • Promote illegal activities, drugs, weapons, or violence


Camera & Identity Integrity

You must show your real, live self on camera.

Prohibited actions include:

  • Using pre-recorded videos or images
  • Pointing the camera at screens, photos, or unrelated content
  • Using camera emulators or manipulation software


Reporting & Moderation

Users may report violations using in-app reporting tools.

We may:

  • Review reports manually or automatically
  • Issue warnings
  • Suspend or permanently ban accounts

We are not required to provide prior notice.


Account Suspension & Termination

OrbiaLink reserves the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate accounts at any time
  • Remove access without warning for safety, legal, or policy violations

Serious violations may result in permanent bans without appeal.


User Content Disclaimer

  • All live video content is user-generated
  • We do not verify or guarantee accuracy, safety, or legality
  • We are not responsible for user interactions or content

You assume full responsibility for participation.


Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”.

We make no warranties that:

  • The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Content will be safe or acceptable
  • Defects will be corrected


Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • OrbiaLink is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • We are not responsible for user misconduct or data loss
  • Use of the App is at your own risk


Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OrbiaLink from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from:

  • Your use of the App
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any law or third-party rights


Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.


Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable local laws.

Disputes shall be subject to competent courts as permitted by law.
